In memoriam: Oleg Alexandrovich Tretyakov

چکیده

Oleg Alexandrovich Tretyakov (Figure 1), the Chair of Commission B URSI National Committee Ukraine since 1993, a member IEEE, and Professor Emeritus Department Theoretical Radiophysics, V N. Karazin Kharkiv University (KhNU), Ukraine, passed away on January 25, 2022, in Istanbul, at age 83. He died shortly after he was hospitalized diagnosed with lung cancer December 29, 2021.
